Privacy Policy
The short version
Billune runs in your browser. Your invoices, clients, items, and totals are stored on your own device and are never uploaded to us. We cannot see your invoice data because it never reaches our servers.
What we store
On your device: all of your business data (invoices, clients, items, settings) lives in your browser's local storage. Clearing your browser data deletes it, so keep a backup.
If you buy Pro: our payments provider processes your purchase and issues a license key. When you activate that key, Billune contacts the licensing service to confirm it is valid. This involves your license key and an approximate device label — never your invoice data.
Payments
Purchases are handled by our third-party payments provider acting as merchant of record. They collect the information needed to process your payment (such as your email and billing details) under their own privacy policy. Billune does not store your card details.
Analytics
This marketing website may use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics that count page views without identifying you. The Billune app itself contains no analytics or trackers.
Your control
You can export or delete all of your data from within the app at any time. Because data lives on your device, deletion there is final.
