Do I need an account to use Billune?
No. There is no sign-up and no login. You open the app and start invoicing. The only time Billune talks to a server is to validate a Pro license key.
Where is my invoice data stored?
In your browser, on your device (IndexedDB). Your invoices and clients never leave your machine. You can export a backup to your own cloud folder at any time.
Does the invoice app work offline?
Yes. Billune is local-first, so the core workflow runs with no connection at all. You can create, edit, and export invoices completely offline.
What happens if I clear my browser data?
Local data is erased along with it — so keep a backup. Billune makes export one click, and Pro can auto-save a copy to a folder you choose.
